Aglaia ships all orders via the United States Postal Service.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.
For international orders, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to discuss shipping methods and costs. Customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. Aglaia is not able to identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.

Can I change my size?
The customer is responsible for choosing their ring size. We highly encourage the customers to be sure about their size prior to completing an order. You can find helpful indications about how to get the right size in the Q&A section. Please contact us if your size is in between the ones offered.
Can I return my purchase?
If you're not pleased with your purchase, Aglaia accepts unused items in their original condition for store credit within 10 days from receiving. Please understand that if you contact us after this time we will not be able to issue a return. Returned items must be received by Aglaia within one week in new condition with original packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
